James became an instructor at the Sports House in 2021. He specializes in Baseball Batting, Fielding, & Catching. James instruction days are every Tuesday and Thursday!
Brianna was a 4 year starter at Wilson Area High School, 2 year captain, All district, All Area, First Team All State, All district softball player/captain of the year(Spirit Award), etc. She spent her first two years at Umass Lowell, before transferred to Wilmington University. Brianna is a 2x conference champ, 2x regional champ, 2x super regional champ, and has 2 world series appearances!
Brianna will specialize is softball batting and fielding.
Cody is the Owner/Operator of the Sports House Training Center. He opened the Sports House 10 years ago to focus on teaching athletes baseball & Softball and is now one of the top instructors on Delmarva. Cody specializes in Softball batting, fielding, and youth pitching. He also specializes in Baseball pitching, batting, and fielding.
Brandon became an instructor at the Sports House in 2021. He specializes in Baseball pitching. He also works with youth batting and fielding.
In College Brandon pitched for East Carolina & Marshall University. Brandon's is at our Millsboro location every Monday and Wednesday!
JJ spent four years at Indian River High School before continuing his career at Wilmington University, where he ended up staying for six years due to COVID-19 and an ACL injury. Despite the challenges, he was named an All-Conference player and to help lead his team to two conference championships and two NCAA Tournament appearances. JJ specializes in batting and fielding lessons.
Dak played baseball for Urbana High School as an infielder and pitcher. He was in the process of joining the Pioneer Baseball League in Colorado when he suffered a torn quadricep injury. Dak returned to Delaware and played for Delaware Tech as a pitcher and infielder. He still plays ball and coaches for a 21+ travel team based out of Maryland. He has been an infielder/hitting coach for two high school varsity teams. Dak specializes in fielding, hitting, and pitching.

PJ played at Deer Park High School in Deer Park, NY. He then played D3 ball at Farmingdale State College for 2 years and then 2 years at D2 Queens College. After college PJ played in the Empire League and the Pecos League. He is currently playing for the Road Warrior Black Sox Organization. PJ specializes in baseball batting and fielding. He will be at our Millsboro location on Thursday & Friday evenings.
Curtis became an instructor at the Sports House in 2023. Curtis is our lead Soccer instructor. He can work with any position player on the field. Curtis has 18 years of Varsity and Middle School coaching experience. He will be working out of our Millsboro location every Monday!
Kara has been training Softball athletes at the Sports House since 2020. She specializes in Softball Batting & Fielding. She is also one of the top slap hitting instructors in our area. Kara's instruction days are every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday's!
Savanna became an instructor at the Sports House in 2022. She specializes in Softball batting and fielding. Savanna has coached Softball for the past 3 seasons at Salisbury Christian School. Savanna is at our Salisbury location every Wednesday!
